Frank and Betty Carter were married for 11 wonderful years. Both are devoted Christians and enjoyed attending church and fellowship in Centerville, Texas. As difficult as it has been losing Frank to lung cancer in February 2011, Betty finds comfort in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and the promise of being reunited again in heaven.
